Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship outside the US at this time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. The price you see is the price you pay for the items, plus any sales tax that applies.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery times depend on the item and where it ships from. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can happen.
Some items ship from fulfillment partners, so items in one order, or items inside a kit, can arrive in separate packages on different days.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you a tracking number whenever one is available.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@dispatchero.info right away. We can only change the address before the order ships.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at support@dispatchero.info and we will replace the item or refund you. See the Returns and refunds policy.
