Learn moreHow it works
From paperwork to paid, in four stops
- 1
Send your paperwork
MC authority letter, W-9, certificate of insurance, and your factoring notice of assignment if you use one.
- 2
Set your rules
Home base, lanes you like and avoid, your minimum rate per mile, and home time.
- 3
Approve every load
We find and negotiate the freight, then send you the details. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
- 4
Drive and get paid
We handle rate confirmations and BOL follow-up with the broker so payment isn't held up.
Why carriers choose Dispatchero
Rate negotiation on every load
We check current lane rates before we call and counter every broker offer.
Planned weeks, not single loads
We line up the reload before you deliver so your empty miles stay short.
Broker setups done for you
Carrier packets filled out and sent, so you stop repeating the same paperwork.
Broker vetting
We check brokers before booking to protect you from fake loads and double brokering.
A dispatcher who answers
One point of contact who knows your truck, your lanes, and your preferences.
No forced dispatch
You set the lanes and the minimum rate. You can turn down any load.
MC lease-on program
Two ways to work with us, depending on which side you're on.
Need an authority to run under?
You have a truck and a CDL but no MC of your own. We connect you with an authorized carrier so you can lease on, run legally, and get dispatched by us.
For owner-operatorsHave an authority with room to grow?
You hold an active MC and want more trucks running under it. We find and vet owner-operators to lease on to your company, and dispatch their trucks.
For authority holdersGet your truck on the road with Dispatchero
Pick the way that's easiest for you. We respond the same business day.

Frequently asked questions
What does a truck dispatcher do for an owner-operator?
A truck dispatcher finds loads on load boards and through brokers, negotiates the rate, books the load after the carrier approves it, and handles broker setup, rate confirmations, and paperwork.
What truck types do you dispatch?
We dispatch dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, box truck, and hotshot equipment.
Do I have to take every load you find?
No. You approve every load before it is booked. You set your lanes, home time, and minimum rate per mile.
Do you require a long-term commitment?
No. We keep our terms flexible and set them around your operation, whether you run one truck or a small fleet. You approve every load.
What do I need to start?
An active MC authority, a W-9, a certificate of insurance, and your factoring notice of assignment if you use factoring. No authority yet? See our MC lease-on program.
Is a dispatcher the same as a freight broker?
No. A broker works for the shipper. A dispatcher works for the carrier. Brokers pay the carrier directly or through the carrier's factoring company.
Which states do you cover?
We dispatch trucks in all 48 contiguous US states.
